Heritage Heroes and Youth Achievers

Seven of our Youth Group members have received certificates from Archaeology Scotland and Youth Scotland across the early part of the year.

Andrew, Luke, Sam, Alfie, and Nathan were all awarded Heritage Heroes bronze awards, successfully completed projects in railway focused research, conservation cleaning, heritage signwriting and shared their learning by delivering presentations to their peers.

Meanwhile, Fenn and Daryll completed Youth Scotland’s achievement award for young people aged 14+.  This is a nationally recognised SQA customised award which provides a valuable progression pathway for young people.  All these awards reflect both the dedication among the youth group and the strong learning culture at MoSR. We are incredibly proud of everyone involved.
