Join us on Zoom this December 16th
Join us this December for the third winter talk of our 2025/6 series. Coming up in this session:
Alistair Maclean on ‘Real Steam’. Alistair, who is a well-known face on SRPS’ Railtours, has travelled far and wide following his interest in seeing steam engines doing what they do best. This session is a photographic exploration of steam traction in regular revenue earning service in the 21st Century.
George Beattie – ‘The Duties of a Traction Inspector’. George will recall his own mainline career and give us an insight into his role on the B&KR.
